My teaching methodology incorporates some of the most current research in education, meaning I can bring cutting edge ideas to my private tuition. I tutor in vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, and conversation. Teaching doesn't have to about taking notes and filling in a worksheet. It can be so much more! I can offer group tuition, one-on-one tuition, and online tuition for all ages. And for the more mature student, I also offer tuition in technical / professional English e.g. applying for jobs, creating CVs, and job interviews.
Experience
I have 1 year experience in private tutoring experience, online and face-fo-face, for young and adult learners. I have 3 years experience teaching in England. I was responsible for teaching students from 11 to 18 years old. I have a Masters Degree in History from the University of Durham, UK and two fully recognised teaching qualifications (PGCE 11-18 and TEFL) that allow me to teach English around the world to students of all ages. I also teach meditation and mindfulness, so as well as expanding your knowledge, you can expand your heart and mind!
